Shipping policy

Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible! All online orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Mail (or if applicable via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority, UPS Ground, or similar shipping services as applicable).

We typically ship same day or next business day on orders placed before 11AM Pacific, however please allow up to 3-5 business days (excluding Weekends and Holidays) for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

About the shipping process:

1. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Save this for easy reference and to keep track of your shipment status updates.
2. Once the USPS has your shipment, they are now in possession of your order and the shipping journey begins. Be sure to expand the tracking history on your shipping confirmation email to view the full progress of your order.
3. Shipping dates displayed at checkout are estimated delivery dates only. We cannot guarantee delivery times as there may be unexpected transit delays within the shipping service provider.

At SOMA Small Batch Goods we value quick turnaround on orders, however there may occasional circumstances beyond our control once your package is en route via USPS. Please note: SOMA Small Batch Goods is not responsible for lost or stolen items while in transit to the destination by the carrier or upon proof of delivery.

We will always do our best to fulfill your order as soon as we can. If an issue arises, we will try our best to remedy the situation.
