Ingredients: 100% Pure Essential Oils of Peppermint, Eucalyptus, and Balsam Fir + Dried Botanicals + Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Corn Starch, Witch Hazel (Alcohol-Free)

Directions:

Place tablet on shower floor, away from feet, where it will become damp from water, but not submerged. Drizzle a few drops of warm water onto tablet to activate. The water will begin to release pure essential oils into the steam for a natural + aromatic scent. Enjoy!
